Horizon Treatment Center (HTC) is a private outpatient counseling clinic that specializes in mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse rehabilitation and therapeutic treatment services in Michigan. We are located in Southfield and West Bloomfield. We have been servicing individuals, couples, families, groups, schools and community agencies since 2004.
We provide the following comprehensive quality services: traditional outpatient mental health, substance abuse counseling, substance abuse intensive outpatient (IOP), dual diagnosis services, psychological testing, court services for DLAD assessments (driver's license restoration for DUI's & OUI's), Probation/Parole rehabilitation counseling, on-site drug screenings (12 panel & alcohol testing), social securitydisabbility evaluations, person center planning, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), group therapy, psychodynamic therapy, domestic violence therapy/groups, and many other forms of effective therapy approaches.
HTC offers a broad range of evaluations and therapeutic services, many which can be tsilore to individual and group needs, and to people of all age groups. Our focus is to ensure the most comprehensible, rapidly accessible services. Clients are directly involved in every aspect of their treatment, including the admission, treatment planning, discharge process, aftercare and follow up services.
HTC experienced professional clinical staff will work with you to ensure that assessments and treatment approaches are comprehensible focusing on skill development and improved functioning. All clinical staff are Master's and/or PHD level clinicians that are diversely trained and skilled in identification of clinical issues, court proceedings, confidentiality, HIPPA, culture sensitivity, ethics, and professionalism.
Horizon Treatment Center (HTC) is licensed by the State of Michigan Substance Abuse Bureau and enrolled in Michigan Medicaid CHAMPS program.
